You will get to choose what you want included in the different phases of the Yoga Nidra journey - we'll work together during the "creation" phase! What does the $300 cover? A custom-designed, professionally recorded, Yoga Nidra track just for you! The process for me, from start to finish, takes 4-5 hours. And it's custom - just for you!
